Preauthorized payment plan

Please fill out the following form in order to set up preauthorized payments for tax payments and/or water bills.

In order to take advantage of this payment option, all accounts must be current and up-to-date. There can be no outstanding amounts owing. Payments will be withdrawn on the 15th of each month, or the next business day.

Tax payments

Please fill out the tax assessment roll number for each property you wish to set up payment for.

* Application must be received before the 10th of the month that payment is to start. 

Water bills

Residents of Durham and Neustadt on the municipal water/sewer system can set up preauthorized payment. Payment is due every three months and will be withdrawn on the 15th of the due month or the next business day.

By submitting this form, I/we as the account holder(s) do hereby authorize the Municipality of West Grey and my/our financial institution to debit my/our account for payment of taxes and/or water. This authorization may be cancelled at any time by calling 519-369-2200.
